We accept only Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You will be charged for the cost of products purchased on this website
RETURN POLICY (DOES NOT APPLY TO IN-STORE PURCHASES)
- Upon receipt of your order, if you decide you want to change the type of hair from what you initially ordered- you will be responsibile for the cost of shipping to Lola's Hair and cost of shipping back to you. Except it was an error made by Lola"s Hair.
- You may return only new, unopened items within 24 hours of receipt from shipper for a full refund of your hair EXCLUDING the cost of shipping
- New Unopened package means
- The bundle label has not been tampered with
- Hair has not been unraveled from the band
- You did not run your fingers through the hair especially curly hair
- if your item qualifies as "New Unopened Item", you should expect to receive a refund within 3 to 5 business days of receipt from shipper
- However, if the item shipped back to us does not qualify as "New Unopened item"
- You will not be refunded
- Your item will be on hold for 2 weeks until you send a return label for us to ship it back to you
- After 2 weeks it goes into the unclaimed bucket and will be donated to the women shelter
HOW TO REQUEST FOR A RETURN
If you need to return an item follow these steps
- Simply login to your account
- View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
- Click the Return Item(s) button.
- Write a clear explanation of why you are requesting for a return (This will assist our customer associate to speed up the process) otherwise you might get a call- providing a phone number also helps.
- Upon approval or disapproval we will notify you via e-mail if it has been approved for a return and where to ship it to.
Hair package shipped to Lola's Hair without prior approval will not be accepted from your shipper and you will be responsible for paying for the cost of return back to you
We ship to virtually any address in the world. We ship out orders received on or before 2:00PM CST everyday (Except on weekends. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday)
As part of our fraud protection process, all orders will be validated prior to shipping therefore shipping address on your order must match the "ship to" address in Paypal otherwise items will not be shipped.
All domestic packages will be shipped via
- FedEX Ground - Upto 5 business days
- FedEX Next day- Next day (Except on Sunday, therfore orders placed after 12pm Saturday will not be shippd until Monday for Tuesday delivery)
- FedEx 2day- Upto 2 business day (WEEKENDS DO NOT APPLY, for example thursday order placed before 2pm cut off will be received on Tuesday)
- FedEX Supersaver- Upto 4 business days depending on your location
- FedEx. International - Upto 7 business days depending on your location
To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

- FedEX Next day- Location of your items can be tracked immediately on FedEX website
